lets do a calc:

US$750k/month @ 500k subs = US$1.5/month
x 50% Share = US$0.75/month
x 1.3675 (USD:AUD conversion) = AU$1.03/month

Assuming cash outflows of AU$1.2mil/qtr per last 4E then we are burning AU$400k/month.

So to cover all costs each month - $400k/$1.03 = 388,349 active subs.
