Whilst it appears the posters here are very much convinced of the commercial value of selling non-novel products.
Generic pharmaceuticals are an ultra-low margin game.
Selling a non-novel product with a pretty label on it does not make it useful for Autism. The HOPE Product is no superior or inferior to the hundreds of other cannabis products available on the market.
The part some of you may have misunderstood is the need for an inventive step. Pharmaceutical drug discovery is pointless without an inventive step otherwise anyone can create a replica product and undermine you.
I understand some of you very strongly want to believe in Zilera but I am unable to see any signs of viable research, useful patents or commercial viability.
Selling generic cannabis through unregistered pathways is unprofitable.
