Zelda Therapeutics has placed 85,714,286 shares at A$0.07 per share to raise A$6 million.
The Placement was significantly oversubscribed with strong support from new Australasian institutional investors.
Yep, don't doubt it was strongly supported @ 7c. But do have my doubts that the sp will be strongly supported @10c as some here would like to have us believe.
Sp will drift back toward CR price, might not get back to 7c but 7-8c is highly likely IMO.
Accuse downramping if you will, but think about it, with new shares to be issued, a 10c+ sp equates to a Mcap of over $75mil. With ZLD anns, including the latest only informing of how they are spending money, do you really think that Mcap is justified.
P.S. If ZLD start announcing selling products or selling patents to big pharmas then that's another matter.
