MXC is looking good, but there is no need for phase II or III on cosmetic lotions. Does that also apply to rashes, like the one you mentioned?
Also they have a licence to grow Cannabis in Canada, but there is some sort of legislation that requires MM be grown in glass houses in Canada, and that is costly.
