It is a necessary risk management devise.

Also a fode cracker could spend hours doing simutations just to determine the formulars used in the program.
Then there is limited use for the program. The patent would be on the data collected as well as the program.

They would need to insert actual patient names and ID details. Maybe there is also a small charge to the patient, just to prove the patient is real and not a simulated patient for a code cracker.

Again I ask do you know of such other ned programs?
