i have a couple of questions. why give up half of company when results from 2 or 3 long awaited trials are due supposedly in a matter of weeks? if one is successful we just gave half the rerate away after all those years of work. why are mal washer and mara gordon jumping ship so close to results? why so generous? 800 million shares. why can't real performance hurdles be set? million in revenue does not equal a profitable co. make them earn it. and this is not ilera healthcare. its a new spinoff. asset light, i imagine.
