Merged company intends to generate revenues from proprietary cannabis formulations developed by Ilera Therapeutics and recently launched in Pennsylvania (PA) under the HOPE™ brand. Ilera Therapeutics has rights to HOPE™ in markets outside of PA and has plans to market this and other proprietary products across the USA and into global markets

The above are copied from the announcement on the Zelda webpage, and the last is from an announcement on the sale of Ilera healthcare.

So it would appear that Ilera Healthcare has the rights for the sale of Ilera medical Formulations within the state of PA. And Ilera therapeutics have developed the formulations and have the right to sell them outside of the state of PA.

From the release on the Zelda webpage, it implies that the Autism observational trial is being lead by Ilera therapeutics. Will this lead to a sharing of data leading to a full clinical trial by Zelda in Australia at its completion?

Note the first paragraph above also states that the Ilera healthcare formulations are being developed by Ilera therapeutics. These being Sleep, Pain, Anxiety, Calmness and Focus. If you look at the Ilera healthcare website, these are all the medical formulations they advertise.

Now to add 1 plus 1 and to get 5. It would appear, IMO, the terms of the sale of Ilera healthcare was conditional on sales within PA only. It would appear, IMO, that Ilera therapeutics have kept the IP, and have the rights for sales outside of PA. This would be why, IMO, they went to the trouble of spinning it off from Ilera healthcare. It would appear, IMO, Ilera healthcare now grow and produce the oils etc, and Ilera therapeutics use those oils etc for development of medical formulations. It would appear, IMO, Ilera therapeutics keep the IP and the rights for sale outside of PA.

This is what I have come up with. It’s all reading tea leaves, but it is very difficult to find better information.
