It is unlikely that ZLD management has much idea about how well (or not) the trial is unfolding. That's generally true for clinical trials until the results are handed over. I'm sure the Zelira transaction is all about growth and accelerating the development of aspects of the business that were missing for both parties.
As for BOT, buying some with this substantial drop in SP might have been a very good thing to do. I quite like the company and I reckon that one (smallish) set back like the announcement yesterday doesn't ruin it as an investment proposition. GLTA
