Basically given away years and years of work, just months before it was about to pay off, it is bizaar, and taken away a lot of shareholder value.

This deal in 6 months time would have made a lot more sense, the share price would have been a lot higher, would have been able to have less dilution for current shareholders.

I will be voting against this , not that it will make a difference really, but urge other shareholders to do the same, a lot of value is getting taken out of our pockets here, and now the trial results will be a lot more muted, and with no escrow period set, the new owners of the free shares can just dump and take money on market.
