in my opinion, it is the already $40 mil revenue coming in from Ilera that will help in the longer term. IMO, we have been waiting for announcements on the insomnia trial and were already due, but now makes sense why there has been a delay in doing that, and it is this.

A few people on the HC forum have been wondering how a company would be able to get to the next phase of trials without a capital raise - that is not talking about insomnia phase 3 trials, that is in reference to the other IP they are creating - how will this company fund those other activities, because as you’ve mentioned, the company doesn’t get the money from people purchasing shares, unless it is a specific capital raise?

this is strategic long term, and I am very happy this is happening, albeit will delay share holder profit longer, it in theory should be greater again.
