why do you think ilera therapeutics has $40 mill rev? they do not. they certainly would have mentioned it. it would be a great deal if that was the case. the recently sold ilera healthcare apparently has $40 mill rev which has nothing to do with this. simply put, the directors of ilera therapeutics have sold ilera healthcare to someone else for 125 mill us and are now demanding 60 mill aus to take over zelda. paid by zeldas shareholders. pretty sweet gig.
