Yeah canplan, I am of the same thinking and its mindboggling to me how people are interpreting this as a good thing (apart from the actual market both here and the US the stock price is declining), I hope we are missing something here, and would be happy to be proved wrong, but I think a lot of people on this forum are confusing whats taken place here, basically we are given away half the company along with our IP and about to be completed trial results, and it is a literally giving away the company, what is the consideration here?

Without this we would have been able to reach .20 pretty easily based on results and the shares outstanding, now its probably years till we see anywhere near that, shareholders have been screwed here.
