Yep we are giving away half the company, for the management, they are getting all the years of work ZLD has done , how much are they paying for it? Oh nothing, infact we need to pay them! Oh what is ZLD getting in return for having to give away half the company and all the years of work?

How about without this deal, we would have had 100% of the opioid reduction and insomina trials , without having to give away half the company? Anyway market doesnt lie, ZLD was down 23% last night in USA, so does that market think this is a great deal? Aussie market is obviously a little slow as evident by the confusion on this forum alone, but price even in ASX is going down, but yeah some people are still here saying this is a great deal :S
