This Deal is giving illera
113.6 mill fully paid shares off the bat
then 362.6 million after making $1 million in sales (sales not profit, sales)
then another 362.6 million after $2.5 million in sales (again sales.)
So in total its 838.8 million shares, MORE than half of all issued capital.
