It is hard to move product across state lines as it is still federally illegal. However, what is not is IP. IP can easily cross state lines, and predominantly that is what this company is. We have data and IP for that data. It looks like the new board members understand this well.

This is clear direction from the Zelda management team on were they are headed and how they are going to bring value to shareholders as quickly as possible. The flywheel effect of the Launch, Learn and Develop Model will enable us to react and help identify further areas to target and then include value add (more money) to clinical trials. Observations are important for direction and while we are doing it we can get some $ flowing in sooner than later.

Some did ask the question "arnt we giving away half the compnay" and my interpretation of the response is that its only a small portation now ~15%? and then look Ilera have to work with us over the next 12-18 months or so to get a product out there - that the next step (exactly what we want right team?). If they do well hit their targets yep they will get some more performance shares to half, but all going well we will have greatly increased in shareholder value. We will have a product with revenue with a clinical phase 2 (we hope) data asset. We will be then exploring additional products and areas to focus on and continue.

The team has IP experience, life-science experience, the have a US entry and a product that we can start marketing for revenue. They have also shown how within 24 months a brandnew company went from zero to 120-240 million sales.

That wouldn't be a bad return for us...step by step. im in.
