Ann: Zelira Meets Primary Endpoints for Insomnia Trial, page-108

Interesting article here. Discusses the effects of ramelteon (common insomnia medication) against the ISI over 12 weeks using a much larger sample of patients. If I'm interpreting correctly, ramelteon successfully lowered patient's ISI scores from 15 to 10 (-33% reduction). As we know, Zelira's formula lowered scores from 18 to 12.9 (-28% reduction).

Although not quite as effective, the duration of the ramelteon trial is significant as I believe CBD requires some level of build up in the patient's system to work effectively. I expect a 12 week trial of ZLT-101 would have lowered ISI scores even further.
