Ann: Zelira Meets Primary Endpoints for Insomnia Trial, page-95

Since the merger last year, I’d like to know what our partner, Ilera Therapeutics has brought to the table to get us to this point in Zilera’s existence?

The insomnia clinical trial was already in play at the time of the merger, so today’s positive results were a given, without Ilera as a joint partner.

I and many others were hoping that Ilera had a decent balance sheet to stave off an expected CR that we all knew was going to come for Zelda at the time.

But we now know that Ilera didn’t bring any cash to the table, because of the need for the recent CR.

So could anyone enlighten me as to Ilera’s value add to zeliras’ progress to this point that would not otherwise have occurred, without the merger?
