    I agree - the impact of the CR on share price could be anticipated by traders and the board. So why release CR shares to the market on the same day as results? Why do a CR prior to results and even worse, limited to sophs?

    CR to sophisticated investors at discounted prices is generally not viewed well by holders and traders alike. I want to believe in this company but management has made it hard over the last 2 years.

    I wonder @1234maze were you included as a 'soph' in this CR?
