I agree it definitely does help with pain. Maybe it depends on the pain. I use to smoke after gym when i was younger and it would pretty much numb all my muscle pain. I think the real trials for actually reducing pain is next year. This was predominantly to see how high of a dose they could go to make sure there were no serious side effects and it did not react badly with other medications. Like i said though it may depend on the type of pain and like you said different strains of the plant may prove more significant in reducing pain.
