You can't expect long-term morphine users to see increased pain reduction by adding thc/cbd.... the best you could hope for is the introduction of thc/cbd with a gradual reduction in morphine dosage, with little to no reduction in pain relief. I don't think anyone would ever claim that thc/cbd has better pain relief potential than these strong opioids, but the difference is in the side effects.
You can't expect long-term morphine users to see increased pain...
