It's ~10% dilution at a 20+% discount to recent trending SP. I'm having a complete mind-blank and can't remember the proper term, but if these were unable to be sold for 6-12 months I would have been a lot more comfortable.
This huge discount to friends (as the raise was completed through a director's company) doesn't sit right with me. I'm still bullish on the potential that ZLD has in the mid-long term, but this has knocked my confidence in the short term on management's intention.
