Like the most of this end of the market you bought the promise. Kudos to them for making the promise and shi**ing their pants for a 50/50 result - gamblers also, but never with their own cash.
They even awarded themselves Performance Shares on the Ilera/Zelira merger based on 'upcoming' revenue or some bs like that - this was an advanced projection to hit a milestone. That revenue never materialised. The milestone wasn't reached. They kept the Performance Shares.
TBH the only time I'll have any respect for them (BoD) in having a proper interest in 'their own' company is when I see them buying at least USD$1m each.
