A long way to go in trials - but performed well.
Problem with Lyrica is the abuse of the drug.
High street value esp for 300mg. crush and shoot.
As a GP any patient asking for lyrica (pregabalin) without previous notes etc is denied.
look at street rx for street value of drugs.
Lyrica only works in ~ 30% patients - women much more prone to side effects .
I took a small punt.
