if they've raised debt facilities it speaks to a healthy pipeline of acquisitions... Plus two Board Members are happ to effectively buy the company for $1.46 psr share so they no doubt think its good value... They'll know exactly what the future looks like so it begs the queation... Why should we be happy to sell when 2 'insiders' are happy to buy?

Clearly those in the know are riding this winner - indeed theyre doubling down on it - I own a very sIgnIfIcant shareholding (well into the 7 figures) and I tend to agree with you.
If it looks like a duck, walks like a duck... this is a great acquisition target and I won't sell until this duck is fully fattened up!
