I am out at 1.425 after getting in at under $1. Would like to thank @madamswer for bringing this stock to my attention over a year ago.

Truth be sold I believe the buyout offer is low and was hoping to see this thing play out. I believe the fact insiders are behind the play that the deal gets done at $1.46. Happy to exit here and deploy funds in other areas with more current upside. Good luck to anyone hangs on for what comes next.
