Assuming the scheme is accepted by shareholders at the meeting in November, anyone holding shares on the final day of trading (sometime in late Nov is the estimate) will be paid $1.46 (less the 1.5c dividend to be paid in October)
I see Bell Potter have incorporated 100% of Nexttcare into their numbers for FY19. Takes their FY19 EPS estimate to over 11c/share. Takeover price represents a PE of around 13x. I think the bidder forgot to offer a premium for control
