has anyone ever seen an “independent report” say it’s undervalued and against the desires of the board.
What the coming report would say is that it’s fairly valued. Towards the lower end of the range. But within range.
Not deemed opportunistic.
If it was hostile then the report would say it’s undervalued.
By my recon. PE has today through to Friday to lob a counterbid. No idea if anything in the winds tho.
