Have investors seen the debt deal ZEN are doing through FIIG. Interested to know thoughts. Has the potential to significantly lower the company's WACC (= good for shareholders) and provide quite a bit of cash to fund growth. I'm normally cautious of too much debt, but ZEN is a capital intensive business and some leverage is appropriate.
