Hi Socksa I think you are right on the first point and KAR will be picking up 65% of the tab for K2. On the second point I think the overriding consideration is the pending lease deadline requiring 3 holes drilled leaving no time for distractions - however material they could be to the SP.
Anyway we should have a continual drip feed of (hopefully exciting) news over the next 4 months.
