9 mil feels a bit cheap for this to be the end of the road for Bligh. Who wants to put together a 10 mil bid and get out there with a pick and shovel and dig up half a billion worth of gold.........I know you're thinking it's more complicated than that.........I can tell..........you're thinking fresh start.........okay fresh start.........buy it for 10 mil and then flip it in 5 years for 30 mil without lifting a finger.
