    Happy to sell but will hold out till the last day possible.

    This has to be worth 2 or 3 times the value to SAR as ZER so either they have already done a deal or SAR will compete. Hope its the later of course.

    I reckon they would have to to be at 6 or 7 to make ZER sellers.
