    I'd call it an Economic Study maybe, since the electrolytic tech apparently doesn't exist, at least not in any scale up, and there is no bulk supplier for their resin, and they don't appear to have the necessary Reserves without further drilling.

    Imagine any mining company giving execs bonuses for that!
