Vul has done not many thing wrong. Yea CR price could've been higher but given the inflationary environment whole world is in now, when raising over 100mil, i can get why they did what they did. Project is going good and as you said, todays SP is doesn't really matter... given MC is just little over the cash in hand ~300mil, for some this may provide a good entry point who felt they missed vulcan..inciders and instos hold 48% of vulcan and im fairly sure they haven't sold any yet... There will be a bounce somewhere and unless we receive a bad news, taking a decision on sp action is not a smart one IMO..
