Regarding your statement about the Alabama Ann...take another look at the map of graphite suppliers. Check who of the others already has contracts with OEMs or car manufacturers and for their quantity. I think Volt didn't end up there by chance and the tcoeda knows that too.
The equation is still simple: no anodes—> no batteries
