Whats there to "carefully consider"?? Both are terrible offers and are very insulting considering our 1.1m oz RESERVES are valued at AUD$1.7 BILLION.
I don't know what the board are thinking, im guessing its just "procedure" right? blind freddy can see that 12c offer is a joke, why cant pxg just come out and say it?

Im guessing they want to give Z and Evo time to re consider there insulting offers and maybe spark a bidding war? hopefully our board are just "playing dumb" by taking days to fully consider if the offers are good or bad.
You dont need a PHD from Harvard business school to figure out its a bad deal for us.

Pete PXG reserves are marginal at best and worth nothing close to $1.7B. Didn't you read the recent mining failure the ultimately saw John step down from the company? Mgmt may squeeze another cent or two out of the competing bidders if they're lucky.
