DRC govt simply do not care about international arbitration or courts. who is going to enforce any judgment? cominere are being fined around 500k week atm, the Chinese will pay that at best and it's chump change when they end up with a mine that will make them billions over the mine life. this is done. it will drag out for yrs IF they can raise funds. by then zinjin will be off and mining. I'd rather this be over and at least have a big capital loss sitting there to pay no tax on profits of other companies if I ever see green again lol this MOU with the govt sounds like a load of hot c.ck, more fluff from nf to milk the last drops of cash left for his over inflated wages, imo.
