    I do not see it that easy as it would take some serious effort to find out about all those names who wish to be voted on the board.
    Currently I tend towards 'against' on ALL resolutions including remuneration of course but I am still open for any recommendations who SHOULD be on board.
    Maybe the suggested against resolutions might shake up the existing board for a benefit.
