Yes bizarre, I'm scratching my head. What am I missing?
They've just raised over $7M at 4c, 30%+ premium on current share price.
If they want to walk away completely they get to sell their 50% share of the JV to Zijn for $50M USD - 50%+ premium on current share price.
Either I am missing the fine print or the market is stupid.
