Stale holders selling and folks who are turning a quick buck from flipping. Easy 15% return if you buy some at 6c and sell at 7c. Not suggesting it's riskless, but plenty of folks look like they're in on it.
Price action is disappointing, announcement is drafted poorly and has too much ambiguity.
Let's see if anyone picks up the story in the next 24-36hrs.
