What I see into this is loss of some revenue for NXS as both party will come into some agreement.
zimmer has already been a distributor/seller for many of NXS product. Only reason NXS did not go with them at this time may be high percentage of commisson charged by them...so Nxs saw more margin moving through sales agent.so as a result of agreement Nxs will dump sales agent ,pay little more commission to Zimmer. On the other hand advantage of moving with zimmer is they are already an established player on this sector so revenue will follow early.
What I see into this is loss of some revenue for NXS as both...
