This isn't a David and Goliath battle it's David and Godzilla...or maybe bigger. ZB's speciality is orthopeadics, right in NXS's currently desired sweetspot. Hate to have to say it, but they're someone you would want to have a good relationship with because they're one of the major players, I think third by revenue in this space 2 or 3 years ago. The largest by revenue was Stryker, and then Depuy Synthes (according to the article below). Interesting article here about the industry and it's ongoing purchasing of much needed tecchnology. DYOR
