Yes, a very important time for NXS now. Sometimes with important agreements a table of "Definition of terms" is included either at the beginning or at the end of the agreement and the agreement would most likely have a title indicating what the agreement covers. NXS should be able to provide some clarity on this issue quickly. I hope so for our sakes. IMO DYOR
