This was my take, it is the Bactisure Lavage product just improved and renamed.
E.g you have M & M's global distribution agreement then they release a peanut product you would still have the rights would you not?
I think as someone pointed out this can be quite negative as Zimmer may halt all sales to frustrate NXS, heck this may have already been happening based on the trading results deteriorating!
Not sure how this will play out but tomorrow will be interesting. If NXS cave in and agree to distribute through Zimmer where does this then leave them also?
