I agree with you that if they've just used exactly the same product/formula then NXS is probably caught out (my thoughts). But if they've done something to improve the basic product so that it can be left in the body, then to me that's a new product. You would think that such an important issue would have been thought through, and I tend to think it would have been. But it's a very difficult situation, who knowS what the outcome will be. DYOR
