It's all the same basic technology in all NXS products, Quats, just repackaged & tweeked for different applications.
This announcement is extremely negative unless NXS rollover & allow Zimmer to distribute Xperience exclusively.
Zimmers first stop on failing to get that will be an injunction stopping NXS selling Xperience in the US until a court case decides who's right.
Legal disputes are never good especially between such ill matched parties.
IMO the share price will go much lower.
