Another thought on the licensing agreement. Due to the fact that confidential details about the chemical structure of the product and the financial terms agreed between the parties, none of us will ever know what's in the agreement (IMO). Even when the agreement is submitted as evidence you would think that confidential details will be redacted so that they would remain confidential. So we'll just have to wait and see. imo
