Yes, a deal with a big upfront cash payment and significant milestone payments in addition to royalties and penalty fees. The question is, how much of the pie does Zimmer want and what are they prepared to do to get it? Also, how tight is their claim? NXS seem compelled to negotiate first, whether out of fear or favour remains to be seen.
