I can't possibly think that NXS would be able to renegotiate such favourable terms, they are not in a position of strength at all.
A court would enforce the current agreement including Xperience or rule it excluded Xperience, Zimmer would know that.
Zimmer dropping a $1m on legal fees & stopping buying other NXS products would be a drop in the ocean to them.
Zimmer could drag this out for years until NXS runs out of cash.
I can't possibly think that NXS would be able to renegotiate...
