    Thanks MikesLM, I was hoping that NXS could get this sorted quickly, but thinking that through, realistically, I'd be surprised if this is sorted inside a week probably two to three weeks?. A lot to be considered, including all kinds of legal precedents/case law in the US. Not to mention the terms of the offer being made, if any.
