Something else that came to me that could add to short-term issues. Would NXS have to ask their 300 odd agents to stop selling Xperience products until such time as they resolve their dispute? It would seem to be the prudent approach given it is a claim of breach of contract. NXS would not want to be increasing their potential liability by the minute - when already put on notice. As such, could it mean short term sales of Xperience will take a hit (or grind to a halt)? whereas the market was previously expecting a significant ramp up post FDA clearance...
